Question: So quick question is there a law on how much space is allowed on the backside of your trailer in a trailer park? Question: I live in a mobile home park where i purchased a trailer for 5000$ after i bought the trailer we noticed we do nit have gas. Question: I own a trailer but rent the space from the mobile park home. the main water meter broke and they charge me for the water that was flooding the of the rest space. Question: I used to work for the park I live in,they paid my rent. I was let go mid month, i contacted the managers boss,On November 2nd. the manager mailed out a 7-day eviction notice to me for non-payment of rent. Question: we were evicted from a trailer court recently but i own my trailer outright, paid for free and clear. Can the park take my trailer from me? Question: I own my trailer but rent the space. The owner of the park passed away and we were left alone for a few months. Rent checks were returned and it was chaos. I received a certified letter saying I have not paid rent for 4 months, when I know I have. I have proof for 1 of those months, but cannot find the others.
