The Last of Us, is a game that pulls no punches in its presentation and its storytelling. The game is nothing short of a masterpiece. The graphics in the game are well implemented and they are very good and the game is very immersive and realistic. The game is simply beautiful. The gameplay is very fun and easy to pick up.
The graphics are very crisp and clear and the levels have a large variety. This is why I did not find any negative points in the game and it is definitely a fun game. The controls work well and the good thing is the action is fast paced and it never feels like you are playing a long time.
Although the side missions are very well crafted, they only serve to advance the story of the game. The side mission are fairly linear and after you have done the minigame (one or more of the first three games) you will be given an option to play one of the side missions. Each side mission is given a number and you have to choose side mission 1, 2 or 3 depending on what you have done in the first three games. The side missions act as a way to continue to advance the story of the game and if you have finished the game you will be rewarded with a nice gift. The side missions are very entertaining and it would have been nice if more were offered in the extra missions.
