There is a new update avaible for the original utility. It is the same source as the one used on this blog and it is ready to be downloaded from the link below:AptioFirmwareUtility4.7.1.zip
For the previous version, the installer file is identical to the one for the 4.7.1 version, except that, the version number is 4.5 and the folder for the old utility is named AptioFirmwareUtility4.5.
For the new version, the installer file is identical to the one for the 4.7.1 version, except that, the version number is 4.8 and the folder for the old utility is named AptioFirmwareUtility4.8.
These files are ready to be used if you have the 4.4 or 4.5 version. In case you are using a version older than 4.4, please contact me to have the installer created with your current version of the utility.
It's an upgrade of the current utility.The installer file has been created so that it is ready to be used with the current firmware version.Please insert the current firmware version (4.4 and older) in the AptioFirmwareUT folder and it will be able to upgrade it and create new installation files.
AMI UCP is a utility to create a customized version of the Aptio Flash Utility (AFU) for easy use. When you create a customized version of AFU, all the settings in AFU will be pre-configured. You can update the settings in AFU with the settings in AMIUCP.
HiI am still using F10 to start the recovery, the one in Aptio bios recovery is too simple?I have no idea what is the problem?Can you tell me the start sequence and maybe I can figure out what is wrong?I am also looking for the info to use the orginal Aptio, the one with F10 to start the recovery.I really like the orginal one. 827ec27edc
